God’s Gift

Of all the gifts sublime
God has given us one very divine

Some say it’s the miracle of being here
Some say it’s the stars way up there

Artist and Poet alike often wonder
Is it this or is it that they ponder

Yet others look at very small things
While others marvel at diamond rings

But I tell you this in hope of having a power to uplift
That having children is the greatest of God’s gifts
